IDA ENGBERG
Ida Engberg is a Swedish DJ and producer whose powerful blend of techno and deep house has earned her a respected place within the global electronic music scene. Recognised for her hypnotic energy and dynamic sets, she has performed at some of the world’s most renowned clubs and festivals.
Her journey behind the decks began at just 14 years old. What started as a passion for playing records quickly developed into live performances, eventually leading to a residency at Stockholm’s legendary Cocktail Club. From there, opportunities beyond Sweden began to emerge as her reputation steadily grew. “My tactic was to say yes to every opportunity I got to play somewhere, I basically just followed my heart and inner path,” Ida explains. A summer residency in Marbella became a turning point in her career, giving her the opportunity to take things further and move to Ibiza for the 2005 season. Immersed in the island’s vibrant nightlife and creative atmosphere, Ida found a new level of inspiration that would shape her future as an artist.
Returning to Sweden with a fresh perspective, she turned her focus towards music production. That creative period led to the release of “Disco Volante,” a breakthrough track that gained international attention, received widespread support, and climbed charts across the global electronic music community.
